Afro Samurai is Finally Getting a Video Game Sequel

We’ve caught wind of a new sequel to the Afro Samurai video game adaptation that Bandai Namco put out back in 2009.

The sequel is in development for current gen consoles Playstation 4 and Xbox One, as well as Windows PC. Redacted Studios is working on the game, while Versus Evil is publishing it.

The game is described as a third person action-adventure experience, involving a totally original storyline, new playable characters, and improved combos and special moves.

Other details are scant, but we’ll find out more in the coming months.
