Yes you read the title correctly–developer Karu_gamo and publisher First Press Games released a new game for the NES titled Blazing Rangers.
Rather, this is the newly launched localization of the Famicom title, which came out last year and was known as Honō no Rangerman in Japan. Blazing Rangers has a physical release which can be played on actual NES hardware.
Thw game also has a digital download available on Itch.io which is a rom where players may either flash it onto a cartridge to play through their NES consoles, or use an emulator.
There are also limited editions of the physical release. Cover artwork for the games vary between regions, where the EU is similar to the Japanese release while the US one is styled reminiscence of the original Megaman artwork from back then as a homage.

Blazing Rangers (Honō no Rangerman in Japan) is a new NES release developed by Karu_gamo, who is known for creating the Gotta Protectors-series.

The game was programmed within the console’s tightest limitations by being compatible with the oldest cartridge version of the console: Mapper0.
