Dragon Age: Dreadwolf has completed its alpha build

Dragon Age: Dreadwolf

Publisher Electronic Arts and developer BioWare announced Dragon Age: Dreadwolf has finished its alpha development build.

The new update has BioWare general manager Gary McKay noted the milestone means Dragon Age: Dreadwolf can now finally be played from start to finish, so the team will now focus on refining and polishing the experience towards its gold master status – and then shipping it.

“Hitting Alpha was the culmination of so much effort from the entire team and we used this milestone as an opportunity to come together and celebrate,” McKay said. “We held a hybrid-style event with people onsite while others joined remotely and the team showcased their work to everyone at BioWare.”

We’ve known about the next Dragon Age game for several years now – considering it only just got an official title this June and it’s now hitting alpha, perhaps we’ll see it ship later in 2023.
