S-Rank Behemoth

The upcoming anime series I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet.

The series follows the titular character who was once a knight in a fantasy world, however after dying he’s reincarnated as a Behemoth, an S-rank monster. However to his benefit, an infant Behemoth is almost indistinguishable from a house cat.

When trying to leave the dungeon he was born in, he nearly succumbs to his wounds and fatigue from being constantly harassed by monsters. But luckily he’s saved by a buxom elf who thinks he’s just a lost kitty.

Using his latent skills as an S-rank Behemoth, the knight (now named Tama) helps the elf and her friends become skilled adventurers. You can check out the latest trailer below.

The series isn’t quite isekai but does involve many similar tropes like JRPG-style Adventurer’s Guilds, levels, and classes.

I’m a Behemoth, an S-Ranked Monster but Mistaken for a Cat, I Live as an Elf Girl’s Pet is expected to premiere in January as part of the Winter 2025 anime season.
