It’s been awhile since we’ve heard anything about Minecraft coming to Playstation platforms, presumably developer 4J Studios has been hard at work making the ports possible, right?

Well, thankfully we won’t have to wait much longer, if this tweet from 4J Studios is anything to go by:

So, to clarify, the Playstation 3 version is entering testing phases now, while the Playstation Vita, Playstation 4 and Xbox One ports will come later. How much longer will we have to wait for any of the ports?

So it won’t be a launch title for Playstation 4, meaning you won’t be seeing it until sometime after the console’s launch. Title Update 14 is also coming later, although its changes and additions have not been confirmed yet.
