My Dress-Up Darling

My Dress-Up Darling is getting a live-action TV Drama which will premiere in Japan on October 8.

My Dress-Up Darling is a rom-com that follows the everyday life of Wakana Gojou and Marin Kitagawa. Gojou works with his grandpa at a traditional Oriental Geisha doll shop and stumbled into the cosplay scene after Marin talks him into making clothes for her cosplay outfits.

The manga began in 2018 from creator Shinichi Fukuda and received an anime adaptation in 2022.

My Dress-Up Darling stars Riko Nagase as Marin Kitagawa and Kota Nomura as Wakana Gojo.
