Netflix has recently announced they will be streaming the action horror series High-Rise Invasion when it begins airing next year.

Netflix released a translated trailer for the upcoming anime. High-Rise Invasion features unaware victims caught in a kill or be killed situation atop high-rise buildings. Haruka Shiraishi will be voicing the lead role of Yuri Honjou, one of the many unfortunate victims of the high-rise buildings.

You can watch the official trailer from Netflix Anime below.

“The unhinged and gory death-game manga High-Rise Invasion, created by Tsuina Miura (Ajin: Demi-Human) and Takahiro Oba (Box!), finally gets an anime adaptation! High school student Yuri Honjo finds herself lost in an “abnormal space” where countless skyscrapers are connected by suspension bridges and “masked figures” mercilessly slaughter their confused and fleeing victims. To survive in this hellish world, she has two choices: kill the masked figures or be killed. Yuri is determined to survive in order to destroy this irrational world, but what will be her ultimate fate?”

High-Rise Invasion began as a manga series by writer-artist duo Tsuina Miura who’s known for the series Ajin and Takahiro Oba who created the short series Stand By Me.

High-Rise Invasion is expected to begin airing Feburary of next year.
