Psychedelic Rhythm Violence Game Thumper Flies to Nintendo Switch

Independent developer Drool has announced a Nintendo Switch version for Thumper, their psychedelic music-rhythm game.

The game will release for the Nintendo Switch sometime this Spring, and it will include HD Rumble support. Featured above, you can get an idea of the insanity behind this game, via its latest trailer.

Originally released for PlayStation VR, Steam, and the Oculus Rift, the game has you controlling a space beetle as you fly down rails and literally battle enemies with musical beats. While the original game’s tagline is “rhythm violence,” the new version might be something akin to “rumble violence.”
