SmuggleCraft Brings Unpredictable, Smuggling-Focused Racing to PS4 and PC

Happy Badger Studio has confirmed that SmuggleCraft, their unique new racing game, is coming to Playstation 4 alongside its already planned PC, Mac, and Linux release.

Featured above, you can view a short teaser trailer for the game that is being poised as a different take on racing games – and for a good reason. Each track in SmuggleCraft involves quest-based racing via hovercrafts, and each track is randomly generated.

As the name implies, the main goal of the game is to successfully smuggle your cargo through various obstacles. Should you be successful in your racing, you’ll earn payouts that enable you to pay off your debts, upgrade your hovercraft, and maybe even use some money towards a greater good?

SmuggleCraft is set for a release across PlayStation 4, PC, Mac, and Linux some time in the spring of next year. The game is also up on Steam Greenlight, so check out their page and consider voting.
