The Rising of the Shield Hero Anime Seasons 2 and 3 Announced

Kadokawa and Kinema Citrus have announced seasons two and three for The Rising of the Shield Hero anime series.

The popular TV anime is getting its second and third seasons, with Naofumi, Raphtalia, Filo, and more returning. Featured above, you can view a new visual for the new season.

While details are scant, Naofumi and crew will meet new friends, and fight new enemies.

The Rising of the Shield Hero began as a novel back in 2012, and has gone on to span a light novel, a manga, and finally its TV anime series.
