Titan Quest II early access roadmap revealed

Titan Quest II

Publisher THQ Nordic and developer Grimlore Games answered some fan questions and revealed a roadmap for Titan Quest II.

The vague roadmap is subject to change, but they promised to release major updates for the action RPG sequel every three months. The companies promise to keep the game a premium experience, so no micro-transactions, only DLCs and expansion packs are planned.

Planned pricing of the full release was revealed to be at 49.99 USD/EUR while the Early Access copies are currently available at 29.99 USD/EUR as of the moment of this writing. The launch discount will be halving the full price at 24.99 USD/EUR. Titan Quest II is aiming for a full launch around the end of 2026.

Titan Quest II is now available for Windows PC (via Steam) in early access after a brief delay. When the game hits full release, it’ll be on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.

Here’s a rundown on the roadmap, plus the new video:

To ensure Titan Quest II stays on course after its overwhelmingly successful Early Access launch, Grimlore Games is unveiling its first roadmap, charting the next steps in Early Access over the coming months. Players can look forward to:

  • A brand-new chapter with fresh areas, enemies, and challenges
  • A fully-fledged character editor
  • An all-new mastery
  • New languages to welcome more heroes to the journey

In a new developer video, Grimlore Games’ Lead Systems Designer, Balint Marczin, once again takes the stage to answer some of the most frequently asked questions since the Early Access launch:

  • Major content updates are planned every three months, with smaller updates in between
  • Early Access is expected to run until late 2026, with a console release at that time
  • Multiplayer is currently available in a preview version, with full implementation coming soon™
  • Mounts? Sorry, not happening.
